German-Dutch Consultation Day for Cross-Border Commuters

Personalised and individual support for cross-border commuters from the Netherlands and Germany

We answer questions about pensions, health insurance, child benefit and parental allowance, the SVB, and general enquiries regarding social security benefits in the event of unemployment, illness or reduced earning capacity.

The consultation is being held in collaboration with experts from BDZ – the Office for German Affairs of the Social Insurance Bank (NL), Team GWO (an association of the Finanzamt NRW and the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration), health insurers AOK and CZ, UWV-WIA (Employee Insurance Agency – Work and Income according to Work Capacity) and DRV (German Pension Insurance).

We offer free advice. However, it is necessary to make an appointment.

Please make an appointment via the GrenzInfoPunkt Aachen-Eurode office. To book an appointment, you can contact us from Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 to 15:30 and on Friday from 09:00 to 12:30.
